How It Works

We start with a free conversation. You walk me through the process: what you do every day, where the friction is, what a better outcome looks like. No jargon, no forms. Just a straight conversation about your work.

Typically 30–60 minutes, remote or in-person.

I come back with a written proposal: what I'll build, how it'll work, a quotation and an estimated timeline. There is no commitment at this stage.

Usually delivered within 2–3 working days.

Once you've agreed the proposal, I build it. I'll keep you updated as we go, not with technical reports (unless requested), but with working demos you can actually look at, so you are kept up to date with progress.

Most projects complete within 1–4 weeks.

When the build is done and you're happy, I hand it over with full documentation. Written for a non-technical reader. You own the code, the process, and the documentation. I'll be available for questions after handover.
